Do you have the potential to manage projects in the field of sustainable tourism? Do you have a tourism qualification or at least a 5 year experience on the tourism industry? Do you represent an organisation willing to contribute to boost the sustainability of the tourism sector within your territory?
If you meet all these principles and you want to improve your project management skills come and join us for our first training session in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Évora (Alentejo, Portugal) which will take place from 25th to 27th of February.
When registering you will be requested to describe your motivation, expectations and estimate how do you intend to put in practice the training into concrete actions.
This initiative is funded by the European Union Life Long learning Programme through the project Training for European Sustainable Tourism (T4EST) managed by the project consortium partners: Frigento Municipality, JLAG, Leeds Metropolitan University and NECSTouR.
The 3 days training course will be free of charge and light lunches will be served.
After the completion of the course, obtaining certification is possible (although not compulsory) by examination. The exam session will take place the last day of the training; the examination body is APMG which will release the PM4ESD Foundation certificate to successful participants. This is an official procedure which entitles a 120€ fee at participants’ expenses.
For more information feel free to contact one of the project partners.
